1. Return Eligibility
At OroGrow, we pride ourselves on the quality of our dry fruits. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product is different from what was ordered.
- The product is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The original packaging remains intact (except for inspected defects).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food products, the following items are generally non-returnable unless defective:
- Opened packages (unless the contents are found to be spoiled).
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Items returned without original proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account).
- The refund typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at the details below.
